We had an issue with a tire. Called in the morning, they were able to take us in within a couple of hours. Problem solved. No replacement needed

Every time I have had to come to the service department here every single person I come in contact with is great. They are communicative, helpful and friendly. I have another Volvo service nearer to me but I drive the extra 40 minutes to come to this location because Cary Volvo is that good.

I recently moved to the area and am very happy with the service provided at Volvo of Cary. I accidentally booked the incorrect service needed online, and the service rep was awesome in changing what was needed and saving me money in the process!

I've always received the best service at my local dealership. I also find that they are honest about service you DON'T need, so I trust them when they DO recommend something be done. Can you get things done elsewhere? Certainly. But, have you ever gone in to a mechanic for one thing and then are told you need several additional things done for hundred dollars more? At Volvo of Cary I've had the opposite experience, where I was told I didn't need to have something done. Just last week I went in because I couldn't get my sunroof to open all the way. It was my fault (I was doing it wrong), Not only didn't they charge me for a diagnostic or anything else, they even gave me a free car wash! Chuck in Service is very responsive. He returns calls and helps me schedule emergency appointments ASAP.

I showed up at Volvo Cars of Cary thinking that I had scheduled a service appointment but I mistakenly scheduled a service appointment at another dealership. After figuring out what I did, the service team looked at the schedule and got me in and had the car serviced within a couple of hours even though I didn’t have an appointment. I purchased the vehicle from them and from the sales team to the service team, I have had nothing but great interactions at Volvo Cars of Cary! Highly recommend for your next car purchase or service needs!
